AI startup Arya.ai founders features in Forbes 30 Under30 Asia list

Artificial Intelligence (AI) start-up Arya.ai founders Vinay Kumar Sankararapu, 25, and Deekshith Marla, 26, have been selected to the first ever Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia list. Arya.ai, a platform for enterprises and developers, provides learning tools or algorithms to build smart applications quickly.

Vinay and Deekshith, both researchers from IIT Mumbai, form a part of 30 high achievers under 30 years of age and are featured in the inaugural Forbes’ 30 Under 30 Asia list.

The founders were chosen to the first ever Asia list, in the consumer technology category, after sifting through thousands of nominations. In early 2016, Forbes had convened panel of judges that included – from Kaifu Lee to Solina Chau to Kenzo Takada, according to Rana Wehbe, Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia Editor.

Some of the notable alumni of Forbes 30 under 30s include Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg who was selected to this prestigious list in 2011.

Arya.ai, that until recently was focused on gaining usage in enterprises, has enlarged its focus by opening the platform to developers as well. Arya.ai platform will soon be accessible to software developers and enterprises in India.

Five other Indian innovators in the list include Ritesh Agarwal, 22, founder and CEO of OYO Rooms, Ankit Bhati, 29, cofounder and CTO of Olacabs, Gaurav Agarwal, 25 and Yashash Agarwal, 20, cofounders of Gamezop, Ganindu Nanaakkara, 25, innovator of iHelmet and Yuvraj Tomar, 26, founder and CEO, Thinkqbot.
